# Standardize judges across teams

In a multi-team org:

1. Centralize judge ownership in a platform team.
2. Curate cross-cutting dimensions (helpfulness, faithfulness, safety) once.
3. Tune against labels contributed from across teams.
4. Each product team uses the shared judges; only adds team-specific judges as needed.
