# Plan a migration to Stratix

Guide — plan a migration to Stratix.

1. Inventory: what tool are you migrating from? Datasets? Judges? Eval configs?
2. Pick a pilot: one team, one feature, \~2 weeks.
3. Port datasets and judges (see [migration recipes](/6.-build-wire-your-code/migration.md#migration)).
4. Run dual: keep the old tool for one cycle to compare.
5. Decommission the old tool when Stratix scores match.
