Stratix Enterprise is a custom annual contract for organizations with security, compliance, scale, or regulatory requirements that go beyond Premium PAYG.

## What's included

Everything in [Premium PAYG](/3.-pricing/premium-tier-details.md), plus:

* **SSO.** SAML 2.0 and OIDC integration with your enterprise IdP. Just-in-time provisioning, role mapping, group-based access.
* **Data residency.** Choose where your tenant data lives. Currently US, EU regions; talk to sales for additional regions.
* **Volume ECU pricing.** Negotiated ECU rates that beat PAYG when you operate at scale.
* **Dedicated Customer Success Manager.** Quarterly business reviews, proactive engagement, escalation path.
* **White-glove onboarding.** Architecture review, integration support, custom playbooks.
* **Extended audit log retention.** Configurable retention for compliance.
* **Custom contractual terms.** DPA, MSA, SLA tailored to your legal team's requirements.
* **Priority incident response.** Defined RTO/RPO commitments.

## When Enterprise makes sense

* You're in a regulated industry — financial services, healthcare, public sector — with audit requirements.
* You have an enterprise IdP (Okta, Azure AD, OneLogin) and need SSO.
* You need contractual data residency commitments.
* You're an internal AI platform serving many product teams across the org.
* Your spend on Premium PAYG would benefit from negotiated volume pricing.
* You require a custom DPA or MSA before you can onboard.

* Deployment shape: SaaS, hybrid, region selection
* Auth integration: which IdP, role mapping, group-based access
