# General troubleshooting

Common Stratix issues and fixes.

## Sign-in issues

* Verify email / OAuth working at `stratix.layerlens.ai/sign-in`
* Check spam for email verification
* For SSO: contact your IdP admin

## Evaluation stuck "running"

* Confirm ECU balance is positive
* Check the **Status page** for platform issues
* Open Premium → Evaluations → run; click for error detail
