# Notifications

{% hint style="info" %}
**Available in Stratix Premium.** This surface is part of the logged-in workspace at [stratix.layerlens.ai](https://stratix.layerlens.ai). Stratix Public users can browse the catalog but cannot use this feature.
{% endhint %}

Stratix Premium notifies you when something on your radar happens — an evaluation finishes, a trace evaluation crosses a threshold, an admin invitation lands, a teammate runs a costly job.

URL: in-app: top-right bell icon; email: configurable per event.

## What gets notified

* **Evaluation events** — eval started, completed, failed
* **Trace evaluation events** — recurring run completed, threshold crossed
* **GEPA optimization events** — optimization run completed
* **Org events** — invitation accepted, role changed
* **Billing events** — ECU low-balance warning, ECU exhausted

## In-app

The bell icon shows recent notifications. Click any one to jump to the relevant page.

## Email

Configurable per event in **Settings → Notifications**. Defaults are conservative — only critical events email; the rest are in-app only.

## Slack

If your org has the Slack integration set up, notifications can route to a channel. See [Surfaces — Slack](/6.-build-wire-your-code/slack.md).

## Where to next
